Join us for Animal Care Society’s first-ever Critter Cruise, a 3-hour trip down the Ohio River aboard the CQ Princess yacht. All proceeds benefit our Spirit Fund, which provides life-saving medical care for dogs and cats in need.

The Spirit Fund has helped countless animals in need — just like Westie, who was found dumped on our property after being hit by a car. She had a broken leg and needed immediate surgery. Thanks to the Spirit Fund, she received life-saving care and now has pins in her leg, but you’d never know it from how happy and playful she is today.

Or Granny Smith, a sweet German Shepherd whose owner couldn’t afford the critical treatment she needed. She had a basketball-sized tumor hanging from her belly, and through the Spirit Fund we were able to provide surgery to remove it — giving her a second chance at life.

And then there’s Pirate, a brave cat who suffered a severe eye infection that ruptured his eye socket. With support from the Spirit Fund, he received the surgery he needed and is now thriving as a one-eyed adventurer
