We are excited to welcome clients to our upcoming Vaccine Clinic! Our team is happy to be offering low-cost preventative care to help keep pets healthy, protected, and up to date on essential vaccines and services.

Sign-Up Information

Our Vaccine Clinic Sign-Up Form is required to provide ACS with all necessary information ahead of the clinic and to reserve your place within a designated one-hour arrival window. When completing the form, you will be able to select two preferred time slots.

Please note that time slots may not appear as “full” in the application system; however, our staff will actively manage and assign appointments to ensure smooth flow and help prevent extended wait times. Availability is first come, first served, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time selection.

Each time slot can accommodate approximately 30 clients, depending on the number of pets per household. After submission, you will receive a confirmation call and/or email with your assigned appointment time.

Available Services & Pricing

We will be offering the following low-cost services during our Vaccine Clinic:

  • Rabies Vaccine – Dogs or Cats ($10)
  • DHPP Vaccine – Dogs ($5)
  • Bordetella Vaccine – Dogs ($5)
  • FVRCP Vaccine – Cats ($5)
  • Heartworm Test* – Dogs ($25)
  • Microchip – Dogs or Cats ($25)
  • Flea & Tick Preventative – Dogs or Cats (Price varies based on weight)
  • Heartworm Preventative ** – Dogs (Price varies based on weight)


    *A negative heartworm test within the last 6 months is required to purchase heartworm preventative.
    ** Heartworm disease is a serious and potentially fatal condition spread by mosquitoes. It affects the heart, lungs, and blood vessels of infected dogs. Prevention is significantly more affordable and easier than treatment, which can be lengthy, expensive, and hard on your pet. We strongly recommend year-round heartworm prevention to keep your pets protected.
